Tune Up Fitness® is a workshop-style class that focuses on mobility work, gaining brain-to-body awareness, aligning, refining, rolling, and renewing!

This work is practiced all over the world at Yoga Studios, fitness facilities and retreat centers, taught by instructors certified in Tune Up Fitness. 

​These classes are always different, and the exercises are fun and unique!  All levels welcome.

 The Yoga Practice is one of Central Washington's premier yoga studios, known for highly trained yoga teachers, and a family-friendly environment, The Yoga Practice Located at 5711 Summitview Avenue (in the Chalet Mall Shopping Center, The Yoga Practice offers a variety of classes in a warm environment (not hot yoga)), Yakima, Washington.  The classes are held at the optimum temperature, right around 80 degrees.  Hatha, Vinyasa, Tune Up Fitness, Yin, Restore, Gentle Yoga, Family/Kids Yoga, Private Yoga, Yoga Bootcamps, Workshops, Prenatal, Postnatal and more (see "Classes" page for details)! The Yoga Practice has a solid reputation for its passionate, highly trained instructors and a beautifully appointed studio that uses high-quality props and "feels like home."
