TO THE YOGA PRACTICE


  One of Central Washington's premier yoga studios, known for highly trained yoga teachers, and a family-friendly environment, The Yoga Practice Located at 5711 Summitview Avenue (in the Chalet Mall Shopping Center, The Yoga Practice offers a variety of classes in a warm environment (not hot yoga).  The classes are held at the optimum temperature, right around 80 degrees.  Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Tune Up, Yin, Restore, Gentle Yoga, Family/Kids Yoga, Private Yoga, Yoga Bootcamps, Workshops, Prenatal, Postnatal and more (see "Classes" page for details)! Quickly becoming known for our highly-trained instructors in a studio that "feels like home."


  Practicing yoga provides countless benefits.  Build muscle strength and tone, increase flexibility, and gain balance!  Yoga is a great way to burn calories and release toxins, and improve your energy and vitality!  Even better, you will find a "home" for your mat, a place to take a timeout from the stresses of life, while you regain your focus on what's important, creating harmony of both mind and body. 


  The Yoga Practice is different from many studios!  Building a community of yogis in West Valley where you can feel at home, we have classes for every body.  Our teachers are highly qualified, Certified, Registered, and Passionate about sharing Yoga with you!  The first class is FREE at The Yoga Practice!  We look forward to meeting you!
