Whether you are working your inversions on the wall or holding them in the middle of the room, there's something in this workshop to help boost your interest and endurance of handstands safely and efficiently. Learn to look at handstands anatomically and discover ways to find balance with more ease. We will explore core exercises, way to build trust and balance, work on alignment based inversions, presses and mounts to handstand, spotting techniques, as well as the use of props, and partners!
*Must have one year of yoga practice and a willingness to play upside down.

This workshop is great for everyone looking to progress in their yoga practice. Focusing on proper alignment for YOUR body in many of the Hatha poses, we will offer hands on adjustments, modifications, and advancements. Teachers looking for CE credits? Earn two hours here! New to Hatha and want help? Yes! This workshop is for you. More experienced practitioner hoping for some advancement opportunities in your practice? We have guidance for you! All levels encouraged.
